Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to our logistics partner's portal.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Do you offer assembly services for large furniture items?

Yes, 'White Glove' delivery and assembly services are available in select urban areas for an additional fee. You can select this option during the checkout process.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
