At Gallery Canada, we want you to love your home. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our concierge team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

Prepare the Item

Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and documentation to ensure they remain safe during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location across Canada.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the item to ensure it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
